岸辺露伴の映画の撮影でイタリア、ヴェネツィアに同行した。東京の現場とは違った空気感。歴史の重みを終始感じながら写真の撮影場所を探った。作品と重ねるうちに実写版の岸辺露伴らしさ、のようなものが生まれているように感じた。いつも通りセッションのようにシャッターを切った。会話は無い。霧に包まれたヴェネツィアの風景に小さなシャッター音だけが聴こえていた。
